Cookie Policy

Last revised 14 March 2026

Most cookie policies are long because the cookie list is long. Ours is short, because we made the list short on purpose. This page covers what bakerlab.my stores in your browser and how to control it.

What this site stores

Strictly necessary

  • Session cookie (PHP session). Set when you open a page, used to protect our enquiry form against forged submissions. It contains a random identifier, nothing personal, and expires when you close your browser. The site cannot function safely without it, so it does not require consent.

Preferences (optional)

  • bl_cookie_choice (localStorage). Remembers the choice you make in our cookie banner so we do not ask you on every visit. If you choose “Reject”, this is still stored — storing your refusal is the only way to honour it. It never leaves your device.

What this site does not use

No advertising cookies, no social-media pixels, no cross-site trackers, no fingerprinting. We measure the performance of client websites extensively; on our own site we decided the trade was not worth your attention.

Changing your mind

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page, or the small gear button in the lower-left corner, to reopen the banner and change your selection. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes everything listed above instantly.

Third-party requests

Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google’s servers, which necessarily reveals your IP address to Google; Google states these requests are not used for profiling. No other third-party requests are made by this site.
